Many companies are involved in the production of attack drones and their components in Russia. Ukrainian intelligence is focusing its efforts on identifying the locations and volumes of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) production in Russia.
Vadym Skibitskyi noted that the success of Russia's plans will depend on Ukraine's cooperation with its partners on sanctions. Ukraine is exchanging information with partners to stop the supply of components, equipment, and software for the production of UAVs in Russia.
It is noted that Russia's success will also be determined by the effectiveness of actions against objects related to the production of drones in Russia. Strike drones are a key element of the new tactics of the Russian military's shelling, as they combine the use of UAVs and missile weapons.
A representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine said that measures will be taken to protect facilities and detect preparations for strikes in time. Recommendations will also be given to the power industry to prevent serious damage, especially in the autumn and winter.
Earlier we reported that according to intelligence, Russia plans to complete the production of 1300 Shahed unmanned aerial vehicles by the end of this year.
