Since the beginning of Russia's war against Ukraine, the occupiers have kidnapped 11 city heads. As well as eight other officials of municipalities. This was reported by ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova.
"Mass kidnappings by Russian invaders continue in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine...In total, the occupiers have kidnapped 11 mayors of cities and 8 other officials of municipalities since the war began," Denisova wrote.
