The assets of oligarch Kolomoisky have been arrested for 48 hours, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) reports.

This arrest concerns the oligarch's stakes in 307 companies, estimated at over UAH 3 billion, as well as almost a thousand real estate properties and over 1,600 vehicles and ships.

"This decision was made in connection with the need to ensure the possibility of confiscation or special confiscation of property as part of criminal proceedings related to charges of embezzlement of PrivatBank funds," NABU said in a statement.

So far, a temporary arrest has come into effect, but NABU has already filed a motion with the HACC to impose a full arrest.
