From NABU: Smyrnov spoke about serving suspicion

Andrii Smyrnov, former deputy head of the Office of the President, said he confirmed that he had received a suspicion from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. They also came to his house and searched it. Smyrnov said this in a comment to Ukrainska Pravda.

“I confirm the media reports that I was served with a notice of suspicion. This is the first thing. Second. This event was long expected given that it was announced almost six months before today by all available means. The serving of the notice of suspicion and the search took place quickly and professionally - the detectives have no complaints. This is not unusual for me. These are the modern realities of politics. I am convinced of my innocence and will prove it by all available means,” he said.

As of now, Ukrainian law enforcement agencies have not released any official information about Smyrnov being served with a suspicion.
