Ukraine's financial needs from $10 to $30 billion in annual investments

Ukraine needs financial support from $10 to $30 billion annually  for the next 10 years, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said during a meeting of the Multi-agency Donor Coordination Platform  at the Recovery Conference in Berlin.

He emphasized the need for predictable, rhythmic and stable support from partners to ensure the country's financial stability, and expressed confidence in the need to implement a long-term plan for systemic financial support until 2027.

The government has already launched a number of programs to stimulate the economy, which resulted in a positive effect, GDP recovery, and growth in exports and investments.

Shmyhal also noted the particular importance of supporting the energy sector, especially after Russia's attacks on Ukraine's energy system, and called for the promotion of decentralization of the energy system.
