Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba claims that the decision to transfer long-range Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine is on the desk of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
Speaking to journalists, Kuleba said: "I think the German Chancellor has this decision on his desk. He has to make it".
He also spoke about the US ATACMS missiles, emphasizing that this issue is "open".
Kuleba emphasized: "In the last conversation with the Secretary of State, we discussed this, he confirmed that they are analyzing some points related to the use, the number, to make a final decision. But let me remind you that the UK and France have provided us with long-range missiles, so it would be more than natural for Germany and the US to join this coalition."
