Germany's decision to transfer the third Patriot system to Ukraine turned out to be difficult, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said.
He emphasized that this could become an example for other countries in supporting Ukraine.
Scholz recalled Germany's commitment to support Ukraine at the time of need.
According to him, the decision to transfer the Patriot system was difficult, as Germany does not have many such systems, but it was an important action.
Germany hopes that other European countries will also support Ukraine in its need for ammunition, artillery and air defense, including Patriot systems.
