During the period of active combat operations, the Armed Forces of Ukraine dispelled the myth of the "second army in the world," paving the way for a future in which the Russian Federation will lose its status as a military threat. This opinion was expressed on Twitter by Mykhailo Podolyak, Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office.
He recalled how the Russian army used to be considered the "second army in the world," trembled before it and did not believe that it could be successfully resisted.
Podolyak emphasized that dispelling such myths requires patience and close observation of the work of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which are on their way to completing their mission with a victorious outcome.
"Russia will cease to exist as a military threat after the war in Ukraine. At least for Ukraine and Europe. Meanwhile... offensive operations continue," Podolyak added.
