Allies should provide air defense systems to Ukraine to protect civilians and infrastructure from attacks by Russian missiles and drones, Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, said on Twitter. He reminded that in the early morning hours today, Russian missiles hit residential buildings and industrial facilities in Lviv, Lutsk and Dnipro.
Podolyak emphasized that these strikes were carried out with the aim of killing and psychologically pressuring the civilian population. He called such actions of Russia terrorist activity, which is confirmed by the significant number of destructions and losses among citizens.
The adviser also emphasized the importance of missile and air defense systems and the creation of a "closed sky" as measures to prevent such events from happening again, and expressed the need to punish the evil done.
