Podolyak stated Russia's desire to freeze the conflict

Mykhaylo Podolyak, an advisor to the head of the Presidential Office, expressed his opinion on Russia's attempts to freeze the conflict. He claims that Russia will influence the West to take this path.

In his opinion, Russia will attempt to disavow Western interests in Ukraine by using financial resources and provoking activities that will distract Western attention.

Podolyak believes that Russia will spend a large amount of money to create an environment of fatigue with the situation in Ukraine in the West, as well as to discredit the Ukrainian leadership, seeking to achieve clashes and disagreements.

The adviser also noted that Russia will actively support the financing of far-right groups in the West in order to undermine stability and provoke mass protests.

Podoliak also expressed concern about possible terrorist attacks in various European countries aimed at instilling fear and creating an atmosphere of uncertainty.

"I have no doubt that there will be a number of terrorist attacks in different European countries to scare them, so that local isolationist political groups say: 'let's stop responding to anything on the foreign market,' 'let's close the borders,' 'let's invest more in internal security,'" the advisor emphasized.
