JSC "Naftogaz Ukrainy" will provide owners of the company's Eurobonds with the latest debt restructuring proposals.

 This is stated in the statement of the head of the NAK Alexei Chernyshov on Facebook.

 "This week we plan to present our proposals, formed after preliminary discussions, at an online meeting with investors," he wrote.

 According to him, we are talking about Eurobonds with maturities in 2022 and 2026.

 "We must find a solution that will satisfy all participants in the process - both investors and our group of companies, which maintains the energy front of the country in the conditions of war," Chernyshov added.

 As a reminder, the head of Naftogaz Ukrainy JSC, Alexey Chernyshov, said in January that he plans to negotiate with the owners of Eurobonds on restructuring by the end of the month.

 The last deadline for payments to owners of Neftegaz Eurobonds expired on July 26, 2022, but no payments were made. The company said that there is money, but it cannot pay it according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers.

 Alexey Chernyshov replaced Yury Vytrenko as the head of the NAK in early November 2022. At the same time, he stated that one of his priorities is to avoid the default of Naftogaz.
