European Commission official Peter Wagner, who arrived by train to Kyiv during the air raid and Shahed attacks, did not cancel his visit.
This is reported by "European Truth".
Wagner, who now heads the EU's Foreign Policy Instrument Service, posted a photo from the Kyiv train station at 8 a.m., but did not say whether he witnessed the latest explosions or whether the train arrived soon after.
"Again in Kyiv - with a wonderful dawn and another Russian attack. I am waiting for the first meetings on the topic of European crisis response - from the fight against violence against women to the fight against disinformation, the investigation of war crimes and demining," wrote Peter Wagner.
It should be noted that Peter Wagner previously headed the Ukraine Support Group.
