The situation in the city is complicated, but controlled.
At night there were several explosions in the capital. - It was the air defense systems of the Armed Forces working to shoot down enemy missiles. There was no damage or casualties, thank God.
The heating main, damaged yesterday near the railway station, will be restored.
The city authorities continue to ensure the operation of critical infrastructure in Kyiv.
I want to thank separately capital`s communal workers. Who besides execution of professional duties also joined the help to the humanitarian staff and volunteers.
And today they take grain to "Kyivkhlib", deliver food and humanitarian aid to Kyiv citizens. They deliver hedgehogs, blocks, sand for the terrorist defense. These are the employees of the city's SHEU, Kievgorsvet.
"Kievpassstrans", the Center for Traffic Management and other services.
I would like to note that the services can clean up garbage in the city and deliver food until the curfew time. That is - from 7:00 to 20:00.
I appeal to residents of Kyiv: do not leave your cars near the railway station. - There is an evacuation of women and children by trains. People are being brought up. Now abandoned cars, blocking the entrance to the station, services evacuate to the street nearby - Zhulyanskaya, Saksaganskogo and others.
But the military administration warns that cars left uncontrollably on Privokzalna square, blocking the passage and ambulance evacuation, can be confiscated for the needs of defense and protection of Kiev. Therefore, do not leave your cars where they interfere!
As of today, almost all of the children in the capital's family-type orphanages are safe outside the city. Two days ago, 50 children from five family-type homes were evacuated to Poland. Together with their parents-carers.
Kiev, with the assistance of Save Ukraine Center, also evacuated 176 children with disabilities from the city orphanages to Poland. And yesterday more than 90 orphans were sent to Germany.
All the socially unprotected Kiev citizens got the help, which the state and the city provided to them. Which they regularly received.
