He also stressed: "Our military, law enforcement and territorial defense forces continue to identify and neutralize saboteurs, groups of which are in the city.
They erect fortifications in the capital, put restrictive blocks on the territory of strategic enterprises and institutions.
There were clashes and shootings again at night. Our fighters, including the Terror Defense Forces, neutralized and captured several sabotage groups.
Let me remind you, it is for the safety of Kyiv residents that we imposed a curfew. During this time, do not go out into the streets. You can only go out if you go to a shelter at the air-raid alert.
He also stressed that the city is living under new conditions - martial law and threats:
"And I want to emphasize: looters, according to the laws of wartime, will be neutralized without warning!
Citizens of Kiev! As soon as you see suspicious people, looters, turn to law enforcement and military!
We must unite, as never before, to fight back the provocations in the city! And the horde that is rushing here!"
