New hours of power outages: Ukrenergo changed schedules to an hour earlier

Today, on May 22, the schedules of hourly power outages will start earlier than planned. This is reported in the Telegram channel of Ukrenergo.

The changes relate to the schedules of hourly power outages for industrial and residential consumers throughout Ukraine. Instead of the previous hour of 20:00, they will start at 19:00.

The reason for these changes is an increase in cloud cover, which complicates the operation of solar power plants.

Ukrenergo also notes that the power supply to critical infrastructure facilities that provide vital functions for the population will not be limited.

Earlier, we reported that consumption restrictions in all regions of Ukraine, which were scheduled from 07:00 to 20:00, have been canceled. However, in the evening, from 20:00 to 24:00, hourly blackouts for industrial and household consumers will be in effect in all regions of the country.
