President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed his new representative in the Verkhovna Rada. It is People's Deputy Halyna Mykhailiuk. This is stated in Decree No. 823, published on the website of the President's Office.
"To appoint Mykhailiuk Halyna Olehivna as the representative of the President of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (by agreement)," the document says.
The decree is dated today, December 20, 2023.
Mykhailiuk was elected as an MP from the "Servant of the People" party, number 47 on the party list. Since 2019, she has been the Deputy Head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Law Enforcement.
As a reminder, on December 7, President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Fedir Venislavsky as his representative in the Verkhovna Rada.
