The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, General Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, denies a "stalemate situation" at the front, RBC-Ukraine reports.

When asked whether there is a stalemate at the front, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi said: "No".

He did not disclose Ukraine's plans for the winter period.

"This is a war, I cannot say what I plan and what we will do. Otherwise, it will be a show, not a war, the price of which is human lives. We cannot talk about this in any case," Zaluzhnyi said.

Zaluzhnyi was also asked to comment on a BILD article that states that Russia plans to take control of Kharkiv, Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia by the end of 2026.

"I would not like to characterize this process, it is not my parish. There are people who are responsible for this, who have this information," the chief replied.
