On March 11, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff. In particular, the situation at the front and fortifications were discussed. This was reported by the head of state on Telegram.

"Stavka. Detailed reports from the command on the situation on the battlefield. Reports from Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi, Chief of the General Staff Anatoliy Bargylevych, and local commanders. Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Maryinka, Southern directions, marine operations," he said.

In addition, the meeting heard reports from Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and the head of the Ministry of Strategic Industry Oleksandr Kamyshyn on the supply of everything necessary for the frontline.

"The actual and future supply of shells, missiles and other weapons. Our own production. Another important topic is fortifications," Zelensky said.

He noted that Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal had presented a report on the pace of construction of new defense lines.

"The defense of three 2,000-kilometer-long lanes is a large-scale task, but the pace is good now. I expect it to be completed on time," the President added.
