A draft law has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, which, as proposed by Volodymyr Zelenskyy, equates corruption violations with high treason during martial law.
The draft law is registered under the number 9659 of 30.08.2023 and is under consideration. The current mark on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada is "Submitted for consideration by the leadership, received by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine."
The initiators were the following people's deputies: Dmytro Oleksandrovych Razumkov, Oksana Oleksandrivna Dmytrieva, Olha Valeriivna Saladukha, Vasyl Ivanovych Mokan, Mykhailo Mykolaiovych Novikov, Volodymyr Vasylovych Kozak, and Valeriy Ivanovych Bozhyk.
