The European Union will introduce a new package of sanctions against Russia and Belarus at the end of November, and it could be approved in early December.
This was reported by the correspondent of "Radio Liberty" Rikard Jozwiak.
"The ninth package of EU sanctions against Russia and Belarus will most likely be presented closer to the end of the month, with the aim of approving it in early December," Jozwiak wrote.
