The European Union cannot decide on sanctions against Belarus due to disagreements over fertilizers. This was reported by Radio Svoboda journalist Rikard Jozvyak.
"The EU sanctions package against Belarus is still stuck on the fertilizer concession issue. It is not expected that this will be resolved in the near future," the journalist wrote on Twitter.
