President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree dismissing First Vice Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk from his duties as a representative in parliament.
«To dismiss Stefanchuk Ruslan Oleksiyovych from the duties of the Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,» reads the text of Presidential Decree №522 / 2021 of October 6, published on the President's website this morning.
As is already known, the Servant of the People parliamentary faction is considering Stefanchuk the only candidate for the post of parliamentary speaker in the event of Razumkov's resignation.
It will be recalled that today the Rada will consider Razumkov's resignation.
