The deadline for updating data for conscripts may be extended up to 150 days at the initiative of the Rada. The relevant draft law was registered in the Verkhovna Rada and published on its official website. The document was submitted to the leadership for consideration.
Draft Law No. 11305 concerns amendments to the Final and Transitional Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Certain Issues of Military Service, Mobilization and Military Registration” aimed at extending the deadline for updating military registration data.
The initiator of the draft law, MP Volodymyr Ariev, expressed outrage at the state of the TCC system, which is not ready to accept all citizens who want to update their data.
The politician claims that the 60-day period provided for updating data is insufficient, as it takes time to visit a territorial recruitment center after updating in the Reserve+ app.
Earlier, we reported that the Verkhovna Rada proposed to extend the period for updating the data of conscripts from 60 to 150 days.
