Conscripts who have entered a fake address in the Reserve+ may have their bank accounts blocked. This is stated in the new mobilization legislation, Sudovo-yuridychna Gazeta (Judicial and Legal Newspaper) reports.

After updating the data in the application, a summons to attend a medical commission will be sent to this address. If the person does not receive it, a mark will be made that the person is not at this address.

This will serve as proof for the TCC that the person received the summons but did not respond to it, which will allow them not to draw up a protocol for violating the rules of military registration, but to immediately issue a fine of up to UAH 25 thousand. Failure to pay the fine can lead to blocking of accounts.

However, providing the correct address but not receiving a summons will lead to a similar scenario. As well as not registering in Reserve+ - in this case, the summons will be sent in absentia to any address known to the TCC.
