The Pechersk District Court refused to extend the obligation for Metropolitan Pavlo of the UOC-MP to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet. This was reported by the press secretary of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Olena Kovaleva.

The court decided to allow the Metropolitan to make urgent departures from his place of residence, but removed his obligation to wear an electronic control device.

Kovaleva noted that the prosecutor's office has not yet been provided with the full text of the decision, but it is not subject to appeal.
