Oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky has been granted a pre-trial restraint in the case of organizing the contract killing of a lawyer. The decision was made by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, court sources said.
According to the court decision, Kolomoisky will remain in pre-trial detention until July 7, but this time without the right to bail.
Earlier, on April 22, Kolomoisky's preventive measure was also extended in another criminal case. In that case, he was also left in custody, but with the possibility of being released on bail, which amounted to UAH 1.96 billion.
It is noted that Kolomoisky himself denies accusations of organizing the contract killing of the lawyer.
