Former US President Donald Trump claims that Europe should increase the amount of aid to Ukraine to the same level as the United States. Trump expressed his opinion during an interview with Time magazine.

He noted that he does not plan to allocate funds to Ukraine if European countries do not increase the amount of aid provided.

Trump asks: "If Europe doesn't feel the need to pay, why should we?"

According to Trump, the war had a much greater impact on Europe than on the United States.

He also added that the effects of the war are felt more strongly by Europeans. The difference between Europe and Ukraine is that there is no ocean between Europe and Ukraine.

According to Time magazine, European Union countries have provided Ukraine with more than $100 billion in aid since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
