Polish farmers have stopped blocking the Dołhobyczów-Uhryniv checkpoint. This was reported by the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Colonel Andriy Demchenko, in a commentary to Ukrainska Pravda.
"According to the information received from the Border Guard of the Republic of Poland, on Tuesday at 13.50 Kyiv time, the protesters in Poland stopped blocking the movement of trucks in front of the Dołhobyczów-Uhryniv checkpoint. Registration and passage of trucks across the border in both directions began to be carried out in the usual mode," the statement said.
According to Demchenko, 100 heavy trucks are currently waiting to leave Ukraine at this checkpoint, and another 30 trucks (with a total weight of up to 7.5 tons) are waiting for registration on the territory of Poland.
Drivers and carriers are asked to take this information into account when planning international transportation.
