The occupation leaders of Lysychansk will be brought to court based on the SBU materials. The 3rd Department of the State Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk regions reported this on Facebook.
"The SBU is investigating the collaboration activities of the 'acting head of the Lysychansk LPR administration' and his so-called 'deputy' appointed by the occupiers. It has been documented that in the summer of 2023, these positions were voluntarily taken by the former director of the Melnikov mine and the head of Housing Office No. 1," the statement said.
It is noted that these collaborators cooperate with the Russian invaders, help the enemy to consolidate the occupation regime and simulate the "restoration" of Lysychansk and its integration into the aggressor country.
The enemy accomplices were served a notice of suspicion under Part 5 Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing under the procedural supervision of the Luhansk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
