Another tragedy at the border: Ukrainian driver died during Polish carrier strike

Another Ukrainian driver has died in a parking lot near the Korcheva-Krakowec checkpoint on the border with Poland, where a strike by Polish carriers continues. This was reported in a statement by the vice president of the Association of International Road Carriers Volodymyr Balin on the air of "Supilne. Sprotyv".

"This morning we received information that a driver died last night at a parking lot in Korchev," Balin said.

He reminded that this is the second fatal case since the beginning of the border blockade.

"I understand that most likely the reasons are physiological, but one way or another, the stress they get because of this strike, because they are forced to live in cabins and it is not clear when they will be able to get to Ukraine, adds to the negative." It's up to the doctors and law enforcement agencies to deal with it, but it's a fact," added the vice president of the Association of International Road Carriers.

According to him, the deceased driver had a car with Kharkiv license plates. Balin did not mention his name.
