President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Kherson region as part of a working visit, where he organized a meeting with representatives of the Border Guard Service. The President announced this on his Facebook page.
The meeting addressed topical issues related to the situation on Ukraine's borders, as well as the conditions of service of border guards in the regions near the front line.
"Our border guard scouts are doing a great job, they are doing a great service - a strong service. Twenty years, almost 10 years of which have been a war against the occupier," the President noted.
It is worth noting that today marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
