The Unified Electronic Register of Persons Liable for Military Service "Oberih" has been successfully launched and is being actively filled with data. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov in an interview with Espresso.

The Minister explained that the register is a closed system with a high level of protection.

"All requirements for it are met. This is a fairly secure product that has no hints of vulnerability," Fedorov emphasized.

He also noted that there were no leaks of "sensitive information" during the full-scale war.

According to Fedorov, the electronic register of conscripts is more than 90% complete, but there are still questions about the functionality based on this database. In this regard, the minister is waiting for proposals from the Ministry of Defense.
