Several online videos show the Ukrainian military operating in three different locations known as the "dragon's teeth." The enemy has partially passed the first positions on the so-called "Surovikin line," Bild reports.
Ukrainian soldiers are conducting the offensive without using tanks. It is worth noting that the success in the fighting over the past four days does not guarantee that Kyiv will be able to continue its breakthrough.
According to Bild, about 200 Ukrainian soldiers are between the barriers, but their positions are surrounded by intense fire from Russian forces. Footage from Russian drones shows that Ukrainian soldiers have been the victims of direct fire. The evacuation of wounded and dead soldiers can also be observed.
Further developments in the situation will determine whether the Ukrainian military will be able to break through the Surovikin line with heavy combat vehicles in the coming days. If a tactical retreat is necessary, the further course of the fighting will be determined.
