When discussing the possibility of a second term for President Zelenskyy if elections are held in 2024, he noted that Ukraine has no legal ability to hold elections during the war, RTP reports. At the same time, the readiness to make changes to the legislation has already been expressed.
Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of holding elections throughout Ukraine, ensuring that military personnel and Ukrainians abroad can vote. He also noted the risk of an attack by the Russian Federation and the need to protect polling stations.
When asked about his possible fear of losing the election, Zelenskyy responded decisively: "I am not afraid of anything." At the same time, when asked about the possibility of a second term in the event of elections in 2024, he did notgive a concrete answer.
