The central part of the city of Kupyansk suffered from artillery shelling, which resulted in the injury of one man and damage to buildings. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, in his telegram.
"As a result of artillery shelling at 10:30 a man born in 1962 was wounded and hospitalized in a medical institution," - the governor added.
