"Today, around Kyiv, we have the most powerful air defense system in the world. And in fact, throughout history... These are Patriot, Nasams, German IRIS-T, S-300, French Crotale. The Russians have realized that it is pointless to beat their heads against the wall," he said. However, according to the Ukrainian military, stocks of ammunition to defend against missile attacks are running out. If the West does not increase the weapons supply, the coming winter may be more difficult than the previous one.
"You can't plan a war with an annual production of 150-160 Patriot missiles. We used them up in a month... If we wait until the autumn, until mid-October, they will hit the energy infrastructure again. That's for sure. This winter will be even harder than the previous one," the colonel summarized.
