The United States is considering sending another Patriot battery to Ukraine. This information was reported by Bloomberg.
The administration of US President Joe Biden is working to meet Ukraine's needs for additional air defense systems.
According to Bloomberg, the United States plans to send one Patriot battery along with radars.
In addition, Ukraine's European partners are also considering supplying Kyiv with additional air defense systems.
This initiative could be funded from the $61 billion aid package recently approved by the US Congress.
It is also worth noting that during his visit to Kyiv, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken received a request from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for two more Patriot batteries.
