It was possible to return 15 Ukrainian children to Ukraine, Dmytro Lubynets, the representative of the Verkhovna Rada on human rights, reported in Telegram.
"Finally - at home! We managed to return 15 Ukrainian children to Ukraine together with their mothers and legal representatives! These are children from the cities of Kharkiv and Kherson regions, which were occupied at the beginning of the war," Lubynets said.
According to the Ombudsman, as of today, according to the National Information Bureau, 308 children have returned to the territory of Ukraine.
The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin. From now on, the Russian president has the official status of a suspect in the commission of an international crime - the illegal deportation and transfer of Ukrainian children.
