Oleksandr Merezhko, head of the committee on foreign policy and inter-parliamentary cooperation, initiated the creation of Vilna Ichkeria MFI in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

 Yesterday, from the parliamentary rostrum, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Kornienko announced the creation of the MFI.

 12 deputies of the three main parties of Ukraine - "Servant of the People", "European Solidarity", and "Holos" joined the parliamentary association. Vilna Ichkeria MFI was headed by Oleksandr Merezhko himself. He announced cooperation with the "United Force" movement of the united Chechen diaspora to create joint legislative initiatives between the Chechen Republic and Ukraine to promote the formation and development of the statehood of the Chechen Republic.
