Stefanchuk closed the 6th session of the Rada of the IX convocation

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk closed the 6th session of the Parliament of the IX convocation.

 

"Today we have completed the last plenary session of the 6th session," Stefanchuk said at the plenary session on Friday. 

 

He recalled that the 7th session opens next week.

 

"The regular 7th session of the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation will begin its work on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 10:00," the speaker said.

 

As reported, the Verkhovna Rada canceled part of the meetings in the plenary week from 1 to 4 February due to increased illness of MPs and parliamentary staff COVID-19.

 

According to the adopted resolution, the seventh session will open on February 1 and the plenary session will be held on the same day. People's deputies will work in committees February 2-4 and February 7-11.
