Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 223 children have been killed. 408 children have been injured because of Russian military aggression.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

"As of the morning of May 5, 2022, more than 631 children have been injured in Ukraine as a result of Russian armed aggression. According to official data, 223 children were killed and more than 408 were wounded," the report said.

  • Donetsk region - 139,
  • Kyiv region - 116,
  • Kharkiv region - 95,
  • Chernihiv - 68,
  • Kherson - 46,
  • Mykolaiv region - 44,
  • Lugansk - 37,
  • Zaporizhzhia - 27,
  • Sumy - 17,
  • Kyiv - 16,
  • Zhytomyr - 15.
