Russian armed aggression caused the deaths of 219 children in Ukraine. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

"More than 617 children suffered in Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. As of the morning of April 30, the official number of child victims has not changed - 219. The data on the wounded have not changed either - more than 398," the report said.

According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, the largest number of children suffered in the Donetsk Oblast - 139, Kyiv Oblast - 115, Kharkiv Oblast - 95, Chernihiv Oblast - 68, Kherson Oblast - 44, Mykolaiv Oblast - 43, Lugansk Oblast - 37, Zaporizhzhia Oblast - 27, Sumy Oblast - 17, Kyiv city - 16, Zhytomyr region - 15.

As activities are underway to establish the number of victims in places of active combat operations, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories, the data will change.
