A little boy, Sasha, who had been searched for weeks, was found dead. During the war, 167 children died in Ukraine

The little boy Sasha, who was running away from the Russian occupants with his family on a boat, was found dead in the Kiev region. This was reported by his mother on her Instagram page.

"Today we found Sashenka's body. I thank everyone who believed, who helped in the search, thank everyone for your prayers and faith, thank you for your support. Thanks to you my little boy has met me. Sashenka, our little angel is already in Heaven! Today his soul is at peace," the woman wrote.

On March 10, four-year-old Sasha, his grandmother, and six other people tried to cross the Dnieper River in a boat from the area of Vyshgorod, which was blocked by Russian occupants. While rowing, the boat capsized, Sasha's grandmother drowned, and the child in the life jacket fell into the water.

It should be noted that since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, at least 466 minors have suffered in total. Of these, 167 children were killed and another 279 were injured as a result of the actions of the Russian occupiers.

This is reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

Children suffered the most in the Kyiv region 78, Donetsk region 81, Kharkiv region 64, Chernihiv region 49, Mykolaiv region 39, Luhansk region 31, Zaporizhzhia region 22, Kherson region 29, Sumy region 16, Zhitomyr region 15 and the capital 16.
