215 children killed in Ukraine because of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation

As of the morning of April 25, 2022, more than 606 children were injured in Ukraine as a result of armed aggression by the Russian Federation. According to official data, 215 children were killed and more than 391 wounded.

 

These figures are not final, as work is underway to establish them in places of active hostilities, in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories.

 

Children were most affected in the Donetsk region - 124, Kyiv region - 114, Kharkiv region - 93, Chernihiv region - 66, Kherson region - 44, Mykolaiv region - 43, Luhansk region - 37, Zaporizhzhia region - 27, Sumy region - 17, in Kyiv city - 16, Zhitomyr region - 15.

 

On April 24, Russian troops shelled the village of Krasnogorovka, Donetsk region. On April 24, two girls, aged 5 and 14, were killed by Russian troops in Krasnogorovka, Donetsk region.

 

On April 23-24, the Kafirs once again shelled the Kharkiv region. An 11-year-old boy in Chuguev was wounded as a result of the shelling.

 

On April 23, a 12-year-old child was wounded due to shelling in the village of Turovo, Bogodukhov district of Kharkiv region.

 

1,500 educational institutions were damaged as a result of daily bombing and shelling of Ukrainian towns and villages by the Russian armed forces. At the same time, 102 of them were completely destroyed.
