Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stripped of their ranks top SBU officers who betrayed their homeland and violated the military oath. The head of state said this during his video address.
"And today another decision was made. About the anti-heroes. At the moment I don't have time to deal with all the traitors. But gradually all of them will be punished," said Zelensky.
No longer generals the former head of the Main Department of internal security of the SBU Naumov Andrey Olegovich and the former head of the SBU in the Kherson region Krivoruchko Sergey Aleksandrovich.
"Those servicemen of the higher officer staff, who were prevented from deciding where their Motherland is, who violate the military oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people to protect our state, its freedom and independence, will definitely be deprived, in accordance with Article 48 of the Disciplinary Regulations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, of the highest military ranks. Casual generals will not go our way!" - said the President.
