Russia reported the lifting of the blockade of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov. The Ukrainian side confirmed this message from the Russian Federation. This was reported by the press service of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
When asked whether Russia is expected to cancel the blockade of the Black and Azov Seas, the GSSU said, "Yes. We have received confirmation."
Russia with "coastal warnings" declared vast areas of the Azov and Black Seas dangerous and closed to navigation for the period from February 13 to 19 allegedly in connection with the exercise, which involves missile and artillery firing.
As a reminder, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry strongly protested to Russia, stating that the unprecedented scope of the maneuvers made navigation in both seas virtually impossible.
