Moscow does not believe that the USA should be involved in the discussion of Ukrainian-Russian relations. Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"Why involve the United States to discuss bilateral Russian-Ukrainian relations when they are now entirely indexed to the progress of the Minsk agreements, that is, more precisely, to the lack of progress? I don't think the United States of America is needed for that," Peskov said.

Last week it was reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky suggested that U.S. leader Joe Biden organize a trilateral meeting via video conference with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
