From today, citizens of Ukraine, including those vaccinated against COVID-19, will also need to take a test for coronavirus to enter Poland.
"From December 15, 2021, every person before arriving in Poland from outside the Schengen area (including Ukraine) must take a test for COVID-19. The test must be performed no earlier than 24 hours before departure. Vaccinated people are also subject to the obligation to pass the test," the statement said.
Regardless of which means of transportation travelers arrive by (collective, individual or on foot) are subject to a 14-day quarantine starting Dec. 1 if they do not meet one of the following conditions
Have been fully vaccinated, and 14 days have passed since receiving the last dose of vaccine (counting from the day following the day of vaccination);
are a child under 12 years of age who is traveling under the care of an adult who has been vaccinated against COVID-19;
have been infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus (recovered) not earlier than 6 months before the day of crossing the Polish border.
