Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has introduced in parliament a bill on the economic passport of a Ukrainian citizen. He promised to submit it by December 10.

The corresponding bill Zelensky submitted to the Rada today. Its number is 6394. The text of the document is not yet available.
The President also introduced such bills:
№6395 - on amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine on state contributions to the economic passport system;
No. 6396 - on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on taxation of the Future Generations Fund
No. 6397 - on amendments to the Administrative and Criminal Codes of Ukraine for violation of interests of the Future Generations Fund participants.
It shall be reminded that during the annual address to the Verkhovna Rada the President announced the introduction of the draft law on the economic passport of a Ukrainian citizen. According to him, according to the bill, all the funds paid for the use of Ukrainian subsoil will be accumulated in the personal accounts of children of Ukrainian citizens.
"After reaching the age of majority, our children will be able to use this money for education in Ukraine or to buy their own homes in Ukraine. Thanks to these laws our oligarchs will become real investors in our children's future", - he said.
