Brussels : Theresa May and her colleague Charles Michel visited Saint-Simfortien to lay flowers to the soldiers.
“In Saint-Simfort, I had the honor of laying wreaths on the graves of John and George Ellison, the first and last British soldiers killed during the war. We remember each member of the armed forces, who gave his life to protect what we value. We will never forget, ” Premier Theresa May wrote .
According to the Belgian media, two policemen were injured in the accident, but the prime ministers were not injured. The convoy was traveling from a military cemetery to NATO headquarters.
